MEET YOUR HOST:
Hey Worldschoolers! My name is Jenny and I a single parent to my wonderful son, Baxter. We are currently based in London, UK, where we have both lived our entire lives, however, we travel as often as possible and hope to increase that in the coming years. I am a professional freelance photographer and specialize in capturing children and families in a natural, unposed style. Baxter is 7 years old and we mostly follow an unschooling style here in London where we visit a ridiculous amount of galleries, museums, immersive art shows, and more. He attends a self-directed learning community 2 days a week while I work and whilst I would rather be travelling full time it’s not a bad base to plan from.
Baxter and I recently returned from a pop-up in Athens and loved it so much we can’t wait to get out there again ASAP, so I signed up to host! I was an international producer for many years so it seems like a natural application of my skills to begin hosting and I am beyond excited that our first destination will be the beautiful Prague! Baxter and I have visited before when he was much younger and found so many things to do and see that I can’t wait to share with you all. From historic castles to Tram Museums, Gingerbread to Trdelnik (you’ll see!), and the breathtaking Prokop Valleys Nature Park… Prague is even more stunning in springtime.
LODGING & NEIGHBORHOODS:
Prague is divided into 10 municipal districts (1-10), most of our activities take place within Prague 1-3.
